The terms and conditions described on this page apply to the use of the Bijli Apps website and mobile application. Bijli AppsBy creating an account on or using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

These terms have been written in plain language for clarity. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final. That said, Bijli Apps always strives to communicate clearly in Bangla for users' convenience.

All information you provide when opening an account on Bijli Apps must be accurate and belong to you personally. If you register using false information, Bijli Apps reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds when the account is closed.

• A maximum of one account per person is allowed.
• The mobile number provided at registration must be active and belong to you.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification (National ID) is mandatory before making any withdrawal.

To update any information provided at registration, contact the support team with supporting documents. Bijli Apps reserves the right to verify any account at any time.

To register and place bets on Bijli Apps, the minimum 18 years You must meet the minimum age requirement. This condition is strictly enforced. If KYC verification confirms a user is under 18, the account is closed immediately and any deposited funds are returned through the designated process.

Additionally, using Bijli Apps from any country or region where online betting is prohibited by law is not permitted. It is the user's own responsibility to be aware of the applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

All deposits and withdrawals on Bijli Apps must be made through a payment account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank) registered in your own name. Transactions made using someone else's number or account will be flagged as suspicious activity.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳1,000 via bank transfer.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made from accounts that have completed KYC verification.
• Completing the rollover requirement is mandatory before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Bijli Apps does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals.
• Bijli Apps may request additional verification for any suspicious transactions.

Deposits are typically processed within 1–3 minutes, and withdrawals within 5–45 minutes depending on the method. Bijli Apps is not responsible for delays caused by banks. If processing takes longer than expected, please contact the support team.

Once a bet is confirmed on Bijli Apps, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the cash-out feature is available, in which case you may cash out within the specified window. Always double-check all details before placing your bet.

• Minimum bet amount: ৳20.
• Bet results are determined based on official match outcomes.
• If a match is cancelled, bets are generally voided and stakes are returned.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bijli Apps reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• In the event of a dispute over results, the official data feed will be considered final.
• If one leg of an accumulator bet is voided, the bet is settled using the remaining legs.

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If a bet takes time to process for any reason, it will be accepted at the odds available at that moment. Bijli Apps reserves the right to set a maximum win limit, which is generally ৳5,00,000 per bet.

Bijli Apps bonuses are special perks for our users — but each bonus comes with its own conditions. Before claiming any bonus, please read the rollover requirements, expiry period, and other terms listed on that bonus page carefully.

• Bonuses can only be used on your own account and are non-transferable.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the rollover requirement has been met.
• For rollover purposes, bet odds must generally be a minimum of 1.50.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.
• The welcome bonus is available once only and cannot be claimed again by re-registering.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, Bijli Apps reserves the right to investigate the account.

Bijli Apps reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotion without prior notice. However, a bonus that has already been issued — and whose terms have been accepted — will not be cancelled without reasonable cause.

To maintain a fair environment for all users on Bijli Apps, certain conduct requirements apply. Any of the following actions may result in account termination:

• Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities or glitches for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to place bets using bots or automated software.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Placing bets at minimum risk solely to withdraw bonus funds (bonus abuse).
• Being rude or making threats toward the support team.
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful purpose.

Bijli Apps uses automated monitoring to detect suspicious activity. If an account comes under review, its transactions may be temporarily suspended.

You can close your Bijli Apps account at any time. Simply contact the support team via email or live chat, and your account will be closed within 24 hours. You can withdraw any available balance before the closure.

The self-exclusion feature lets you temporarily suspend your account for a set period (7 days to 6 months). During this time, you will not be able to log in or receive any promotional messages. Your account will be reactivated automatically once the period ends.

Bijli Apps also reserves the right to close accounts for terms violations. Unless there is a legal reason to withhold funds, any available balance will be returned.

Bijli Apps collects your personal information solely for service delivery and identity verification purposes. Your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details are never sold or shared with third parties.

Bijli Apps may update these terms and conditions when necessary. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
